Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions, wigs, and hair products are final sale.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us @jjadorehairco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Once approved, eligible returns must be shipped back within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part. The correct item will be mailed back to you or store credit will be issued.
