All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
